Devin Armani Booker (s. 30. lokakuuta 1996 Grand Rapids, Michigan) on yhdysvaltalainen koripalloilija.

Booker varattiin Kentuckyn yliopistosta NBA:han 13. pelaajana vuoden 2015 varaustilaisuudessa. NBA:ssa hän on vuodesta 2015 edustanut Phoenix Sunsia. Booker valittiin NBA:n tulokkaiden tähdistöjoukkueeseen vuonna 2016. NBA:n tähdistöottelussa hän on pelannut vuosina 2020 ja 2021.
