Georges Ernest Jean-Marie Boulanger (29. huhtikuuta 1837 Rennes, Ranska – 30. syyskuuta 1891 Bryssel, Belgia) oli ranskalainen kenraali ja kolmatta tasavaltaa vastustanut oikeistolainen poliitikko, joka keräsi ympärilleen vuonna 1888 kukoistaneen boulangismiksi kutsutun radikaalin nationalistisen, populistisen ja autoritaarisen liikkeen.
